The more viscous of a region that is to be present, at which there is here to be a vacuum in space-time-fabric, that is of such an inferred nature, -- the greater that the force of pressurized vacuum, that will consequently tend to be present at such a proximal local region in time and space -- to where there will consequently tend to a greater potential here, of being able to form a relatively stronger tense of a force-field, at such an implied proximal local region of space-time-fabric.
