4) Without electric and magnetic fields, there would be no angular momentum which is drive in a transversel direction. Without magnetic fields, their would be no radial spin-orbital momentum, which is the radial drive of oscillation.

5) Plain motion of discrete material is the quantum action of that material as measured in Planck Phenomena. Light is plain energy that fluctuates in its electric and magnetic fields.

6) All motion is relative to light because light is the result of the giving off of the residual energy of point mass, which is needed so that energy levels mat by stable. Electrodynamic masses are what we come in contact with when we associate with matter, and so the differentiation through time of mass with its residual effect when stabilizing in its energy level is a relation that is covariant so that mass-indices when effectual may allow for energy to exist in static equilibrium so that matter may exist. Also, since light is the result of the recycling of differential phenomena, all motion exist relative to light.

Course 3 on Lorentz-Four-Contractions, Session 5, Part 2

Since there will always be chemical instability in so long that there is a material universe, since the amount of entropy tends to increase and not diminish, then electrons at some part of the universe will always have the ability to release energy. What I mean is that there is no shortage of electrons releasing energy. Thus, in so long as there is a universe there will be physical light. An individual photon is also a source of particles whose specific existence is one of indistinguishable difference. The condition of a simple harmonic beam of light is altered when it is scattered. Light must be scattered in order for light to differentiate "hands on" with other phenomena. If beams of light didn't directly interact, then light wouldn't be able to codifferentiate with anything. If light didn't directly interact with anything, then it would have no effect. If this was true, then it would be as if light didn't exist. But that isn't so. So light's scattering is part and parcel with its existence.
