The discrete energy quanta of plain kinetic energy, act as both a multiplicit buffer and as a holonomic substrate -- by which there may thereby be the presence of either a hightened and/or a diminished scalar magnitude, as to the Hodge-related number of partition-based discrepancies -- that may be exhibited in any one given arbitrary respective proximal substringular region -- to where there may thence be a respective proximal local even exchange of such said partition-based discrepancies, in such a so-eluded-to general Ward-Cauchy-related region.  This would then operate, in so as to work to help in the allowance of the general condition of the conservation of homotopic residue over time.
