Initially, as a refresher; when a mass-bearing cohesive set of discrete energy quanta, is to change in its direction and/or in its rate of motion, when in relation to the motion or electromagnetic energy, the correlative Specifics, as to what the Chern-Simons Invariants are actually to be working to consequently express, will thereby tend to go into a state of alteration (perturbation).
