The prior mentioned perpetual accommodation, as to the proportional alteration, in the respective correlative physical attribute of partition-based discrepancies, by an alteration in both the mass, length, and time, -- in order to accommodate for a change in the correlative "dimensional-related discrepancy," is at the "heart" of the general process, of what I have worked to describe of, as being, "the conservation of homotopic residue."
