When an expansive physical phenomenon, that is here to be displaying a tense of an escalating Lagrangian, is to harmonically cycle back-and-forth, — from initially working to bear the general tense of a genus of a compounded homotopic residue, to working to bear the general tense of a genus of an attenuating homotopic residue, to working to bear the general tense of a genus of a compounded homotopic residue....etc., then, — the pulsation of such a herein mentioned expansive physical phenomenon, will consequently, in the process of doing so, tend to work to bear the general tense, of what I will call in such a general case, the nature of a Resonant Static Pulse.
