Isotropically stable vibrational interactions, among mass-bearing cohesive sets of discrete energy quanta, tend to have more of a probability of working to form sound than heat; whereas, isotropically unstable vibrational interactions, among mass-bearing cohesive sets of discrete energy quanta, tend to have more of a probability of working to form heat than sound.
