What I term of as being a Resonant Static Pulse, is a genus of recursion in the scalar amplitude of the intensity of homotopic residue, -- that is here to be locally present, at a given arbitrary region of space-time-fabric. In general; this is to where, the scalar amplitude of the intensity of a tense of the homotopic residue, that is here to be present for a certain respective phenomenology, as at a given arbitrary region in time and space, -- is repeatedly to go back-and-forth; from working to bear a greater amount of intensity, to working to bear a lesser amount of intensity, to working to bear a greater amount of intensity, etc... .
