A homeomorphic flow, that is of a banded group of isotropically stable cohesive sets of discrete energy quanta, tends to work to display, both a relatively higher capacitance and a relatively higher conductance; than a heteromorphic flow, that is of an otherwise similar banded group of isotropically stable cohesive sets of discrete energy quanta.
