 The general harmonic perturbation, of a given arbitrary tense of a Ward-Cauchy-related pressurized vacuum, tends to “move” in the “direction,”of inclining those effected discrete quanta of energy, that are thence to be directly influenced, by such a general genus of a given arbitrary tense of a harmonic perturbation, — to have an increased probability of tending to work to form the physical conditions, of working to bear a Riemann Scattering; Whereas — the general anharmonic perturbation, of a given arbitrary tense of a Ward-Cauchy-related pressurized vacuum, tends to “move” in the “direction,” of inclining those effected discrete quanta of energy, that are thence to be directly influenced, by such a general genus of a given arbitrary tense of an anharmonic perturbation, — to have an increased probability of tending to work to form the physical conditions, of working to bear a Rayleigh Scattering.
