As To Vibrational Delineation

 Let us initially consider a mass-bearing cohesive set of discrete energy quanta, that is here to be changing in its tense of relative motion, when this is here to be taken, in its relationship to the motion of electromagnetic energy. The net resultant vibrational delineation of the i*PI(del) Action --  of which is here to be correlative to that respective given arbitrary attribute of the self-same stated i*PI(del) Action, that is here to be directly corresponding to the integrable summation, of which is of the net attribute of those individually taken superstrings of discrete energy permittivity, that are here to work to comprise the topological manifold-like structure, that is of the inferred cohesive set of discrete energy quanta, -- tends to work to act as a key factor, in the formation of those perturbative Chern-Simons Invariants (of which are otherwise, to only remain as "Invariant," if the said respective cohesive set of discrete energy quanta is to maintain a constant tense of relative motion, when this is here to be taken in relation to the motion of electromagnetic energy), to where this is to tend to reverse-fractal into a tense of magnetism.
