If two different charged mass-bearing cohesive sets of discrete energy, are to be altering in their Chern-Simons Invariants at the same rate -- yet in the opposite covariant direction -- then, this will consequently tend to work to cause these two different said charged mass-bearing cohesive sets of discrete energy, to have the opposite chirality of a Fourier-related radial translation, to where this will consequently tend to work to cause these two different respective given arbitrary charged mass-bearing cohesive sets of discrete energy, to thereby work to bear the opposite physical charge.
