A Reminder As To Chern-Simons Invariants

 Let us say here, that one is to have a moving mass-bearing cohesive set of discrete energy quanta.  It is to be maintaining the same tense of motion, in its relationship to the motion of electromagnetic energy. As the immediately prior mentioned situation is here to be occurring, its directly corresponding Chern-Simons-related condition is to remain invariant (unchanged).  At the moment that the said mass-bearing cohesive set of discrete energy quanta, is to alter in its motion, in relation to electromagnetic energy, then, its Chern-Simons-related condition is to alter into a tense of perturbation.  Thence; those Chern-Simons Invariants, that are here to be directly appertaining to the motion of a cohesive set of discrete energy quanta, are actually only invariant or unchanging, -- if the said cohesive set of discrete energy quanta, is to be maintaining its same tense of motion, in its relationship to the motion of electromagnetic energy.
