When those perturbative Chern-Simons Invariants, that are here to be directly associated with the activity of one given arbitrary charged mass-bearing cohesive set of discrete energy quanta -- are to reverse in the direction of the wave-tug of such a perturbation; that directly associated current, that is here to be correlative to the activity of the charge, that may be associated with such a cohesive set of discrete energy quanta, -- will consequently tend to reverse in its directly associated polarity.
