The following is a general concept, as to the basic manner by which a second-order light-cone-gauge eigenstate is to be interdependently interconnected with a superstring of discrete energy permittiivty. At the multiplicit general locus, at which a second-order light-cone-gauge eigenstate is to be tied with a superstring of discrete energy permittivity -- the chord-like phenomenology of the mini-stringular segmentation of any one given arbitrary second-order light-cone-gauge eigenstate, is here to be tied together with mini-stringular segmentation -- that is here to exist in-between two different first-order point particles that have here worked to help comprise the construction of the earlier mentioned superstring of discrete energy permittvity. Such a tying is here to take into consideration, the general Ward-Cauchy-based condition -- that mini-stringular segmentation is to be fed into and out of the proximal locus of discrete energy during instanton.
