When a superstring of discrete energy permittivity is here to be undergoing a tense of Noether Flow, as it is here to be altering in its motion in relation to electromagnetic energy, -- its correlative i*PI(del) Action is to be homeomorphic in its delineation.  However; when a superstring of discrete energy permittivity is here, instead, to be undergoing a tense of a tachyonic flow, as it is here to be altering in its motion in relation to electromagnetic energy, -- its correlative i*PI(del) action is NOT to be homeomorphic in its delineation.
