Both superstrings, counterstrings, Planck-like phenomena, and their correlative light-cone-gauge eigenstates, are all connected to substringular encoders and their counterparts. During the generally noticed durations of Ultimon Flow -- in which superstrings act in so as to iterate per each succeeding instance of the sequential series of group instantons -- this format of activity works to cause the condition that the so-stated substringular encoders and their also so-mentioned counterparts act under these time-constrative conditions, in so as to here exist outside of the domain of the whole general region in which these superstrings of discrete energy act in a kinematic manner, as I have mentioned, per each successive series of the iterations of group instanton. The just eluded-to superstrings of discrete energy permittivity and their correlative eigenstates, that work to comprise the general multiplicit entity of discrete energy, exist, per instanton, in what may be thought of as world-tubes. The substringular encoders exist outside of the said world-tubes that I have just mentioned. The said encoders are interconnected to the phenomena of the world-tubes by mini-string -- that is subtended from the said encoders. The Gliossi-based source of the just stated subtention, is the so-stated encoders. Think of the substringular encoders as the stem of a "tree." The mini-string branches-out from the said stem, in so as to both directly and/or indirectly work to bind the superstrings that exist in the world-tubes -- in so as to allow for the condition of homotopy. This works to form the basis of the Ward-Caucy bounds, as to that superstrings exist from generally noticed iteration of Ultimon Flow to generally noticed iteration of Ultimon Flow, in the so-eluded-to world-tubes -- in a manner that must be at least similar to what I have just implied.
