9)  "Steady-State" superstrings, which are superstrings that obey Noether Flow, flow through all three sets of parallel universes in-between the durations of each instanton in order to share unified commutation that works to pull the three mentioned sets of parallel universes into one kinematically-based physical portion of space and time.                                                                                                                                  

10)  The symmetrism/assymetrism of the spin-orbital momentum that is fractorially associated with the activity of first-ordered point particles -- if these are respectively orientable or non-orientable via their intersymmetrisms of substringular field or mini-string -- allows for the proper associations that exist between superstrings that respectively obey both Noether Flow and/or tachyonic flow in such a manner so as to maintain homotopy with optimum ability.

11)  Superstrings remain in motion so that these may stay as the discrete units of energy that allow energy and thus existence to exist at all.  So, in-between each duration of an instanton, each superstring commutes throughout the Ultimon so that these may be tweaked to slow down just enough at instanton to allow us, as life forms, to experience the organization of integrated instantons that we know of as time.

12)  Dark matter exists in the proportion, relative to us, that the reverberation-half of a Kaeler-Metric eigenmetric that pulls a superstring out of a Klein Bottle eigenstate is in relation to the sum of the other reverberation-halves associated with one eigenmetric of a Kaeler-Metric, when taken as a fraction of one sub-metric out of one whole discrete gauge-metric of the described Kaeler-Metric.  Phenomena in a Klein Bottle eigenstate that are not being pulled out at a set general Laplacian bear a Ward Polarization condition relative to the associated reverberation-half that is put into the gauge-metric of the Regge Action.  Such a proportion is reverse fractored by the ratio of dark matter to light matter -- 15 to 1.
Without the Kaeler-Metric, superstrings would lose their permittivity that these need to be the energy that makes up reality.  So, the reverse fractor of the existence of dark matter is an essential product of those Ward Polarized reverberation-halves that mold the mini-loops of superstrings into the relatively discrete eigenstates of metric-gauge that exist as the topological holonomic field structure that maps out discrete loci of substringular permittivity.
