 The more that a given arbitrary set, of individually taken Noether-Based mass-bearing cohesive sets of discrete energy quanta, -- of which are here to work together, in so as to achieve the general kinematic activity, of the spontaneous generation, of an electrodynamic current --  to where this set of mass-bearing "teams" of discrete energy quanta, are here to work to generate an increased quantity, in the general phenomenology, of anharmonic metric-gauge-related eigenstates -- at the Poincare level, to the respective individually taken general proximal local Ward-Cauchy-Related cites, at which, there are here to be the general kinematically recurrent tense, as to the perturbation of the directly corresponding Chern-Simons Invariants, to where this will consequently tend to result, in the general physical condition, to where there is here to be the proximal local presence, of a lowering in the braided condition, in regards to the directly associated kinematically covariant cohomology-related flow, that will therefore tend to be present here.
