The more likely that any given arbitrary molecule, is to be undergoing a greater tense of the general physical condition of static equilibrium -- over a given proscribed period of time, the more likely that those composite orbifold eigensets, that work to comprise such a said respective molecule, -- will consequently tend to bear a less eminent i*PI(del) Action, over such a proscribed time.
