When the gravitational force, that is here to be incurred, upon a specific set locus in space and time, is to spontaneously stop, in its initial general occurrence of perturbation, this may, at times, be eminently associated, with the proximal local incursion, of a Riemann Scattering, that may be spontaneously occurring, at this inferred proximal local region, in space and time, over the same general duration, in which the earlier stated gravitational force, is here to have ended, in its inferred initially occurring general process of perturbation. TO BE CONTINUED! SINCERELY, SAMUEL DAVID ROACH. (1989).
