Spurious Chern-Simons Invariants

 Let us initially take into consideration, a given arbitrary Noether-Based mass-bearing cohesive set of discrete energy quanta, of which is here, to be in the process, of maintaining the exact same velocity, in its motion-based relationship, to the motion of electromagnetic energy. On account of such an initially stated condition, in that the velocity of such an inferred "team" of mass-bearing energy, is here to be maintaining both the exact same and speed and the exact same direction, in its relation to the motion of photon-related phenomenology, (electromagnetic energy), it follows, then, that the directly corresponding Chern-Simons Invariants, that are here to be formed, via the initial conditions of the motion of the said "team" of mass-bearing energy, are, at this initially considered point in time, to be unchanging, or, "invariant." Now; Let us say, that the earlier mentioned mass-bearing cohesive set of discrete energy quanta, is to spontaneously alter in its mode of co-differentiable motion, to where it is now to be altering in either its speed and/or in its direction, in relation to "light." This will thereby tend to work, in so as to help at causing the earlier stated Chern-Simons Invariants, to go into a directly associated process of perturbation. The more spuriously that such stated Chern-Simons are to to go into this just mentioned perturbation, the greater the probability, that such a stated mass-bearing cohesive set of discrete energy quanta, (or have you, a "team" of mass-bearing energy), will consequently end-up, tending to work to form a greater measure of entropic eigenstates, than if such a stated "team" of mass-bearing energy, were instead, to otherwise be working to form a set of Chern-Simons Invariants, that were of a significantly less spurious nature.
