A given arbitrary cohesive set of interdependent light-cone-gauge eigenstates, that are here to be proximal local to the composite topological manifold, that is appertaining to a directly corresponding respective mass-bearing cohesive set of discrete energy quanta, tends to be less perturbative, if undergoing the general processes, of what I term of as being the Betti Action Jacobian Stabilization, -- than if such an inferred interdependent set of light-cone-gauge eigenstates, were, instead, to Not be undergoing such an earlier inferred tense of the Betti Action Jacobian Stabilization.
