Optimum Scalar Amplitude Of Angular Momentum

The closer that any given arbitrary Noether-based orbifold eigenset, is to approach a spatial translation of motion through a Lagrangian-based path -- that is here to be delineated into the relative forward-holomorphic direction, -- the more optimum that the directly corresponding scalar amplitude of its angular momentum, will consequently tend to be.  I will continue with the suspense later!
