Two different and distinct kinematically delineated Noether-Related Kahler-Based topological manifolds, that are here to act as interdependent covariant moving Hamiltonian Operators in time and space, may often be described of, as working to express, what I call, a "Dual-State Kahler Hamiltonian Operation."
